Termite activity/damage located to timbers in roof cavity during an annual termite inspection. Termite damage
below this area included skirting board timbers & window frame timbers.
Termite lead on external wall which resulted in damage to internal flooring. This occurred while owners were away on a 6 week holiday.

White Ant (Termite) leads under concrete slab which led to extensive damage to the timber bottom plate of the house frame.
White Ants (Termites) mudding/damage to internal walls behind shower. This was caused by excessive moisture created by leaking shower which in turn attracted termites into the structure.
Excessive termite workings to wall cavities in this house which was only evident after wall sheeting had been removed.
