Building inspections are a necessary part of purchasing a home and Reports Direct have the experience and qualified inspectors to complete a thorough and unbiased inspection of your property.

Our building reports cover the structural soundness of the building and any significant defects to exterior and interior elements, the condition of any improvements made to the property and any maintenance issues on the day of the inspection.

All Building Inspections and Reports are carried out in accordance with Australian Standard 4349.1
